Lost Pubs Project |
|||
| The towns bordering the river have always had many pubs.
North Shields alone has had more than 400 since 1800. Like many businesses there have always been closures as tastes and finances change. Since 2000 there seem to have been many more closures than openings so this is to document some of the recent changes. |
